Hello guys, let me preface this by saying I know very minimal information about computers. Anyway I built a custom pc yesterday for the first time and I got it to boot up and installed windows. I got a guy to install a network adapter driver for me (prob got ripped off) but I am still missing some drivers.
I brought up the device manager and these things have the yellow exclamation point next to them; PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
PCI Memory Controller
PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
Could any of these be related to my low screen resolution? It only has 3 options, 800x600, 1024x768, and 1280x1024. The display says it is using a generic pnp monitor with a standard vga graphics adapter, I have an hdmi but nothing come out.
I'd like to know where to download those drivers and if there are different versions of each driver, like I said I know next to nothing about computers, thanks in advance.
